RESULTS OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

Diatre m e Resour c es Limited (ASX: DR X ) is pleas e d to announce the r e sults of the Share Purcha s e Plan (S P P) which c losed on 1 5 July 2016.

Shareholders pa r ticipating in the SP P subscri b ed for to t al applica t ions of $519,000 repres e nting 47,1 8 1,787 ne w shares at $0.011 pe r share. Th e shares w i ll be allott e d on 20 July 2016.

Concu r rently, the Company a lso compl e ted a private place m ent of $235,000 repr e senting 19,583 , 333 shar e s. This w as priced slightly above the SPP pric e at $0.012 to a sophisticated, exi s ting share h older. The s e shares w ill also be a llotted on 2 0 July 2016.
