NOTIFICATION OF UNDER SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

Diatreme Resources Limited (ASX:DRX) wishes to advise that its one-for-four renounceable rights issue at an issue price of $0.02 per new fully paid ordinary share with one free attaching option exercisable at 2 cents on or before 11 March 2016 (Rights Issue) closed at 5:00pm on 14 March 2014.
