REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, we request a voluntary suspension in respect of the shares of Diatreme Resources Limited ( DRX ) and provide ASX with the following information:

  • DRX requests the voluntary suspension because it is currently not able to make an immediate announcement in respect of the capital raising via placements as they are not finalised.

  • DRX requests that the voluntary suspension last until the commencement of trading on Monday 8 December 2014 or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to market, whichever is the earlier.

  • The event that DRX expects to happen that will end the voluntary suspension is an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

  • DRX is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.

  • DRX does not consider that there is any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
