RIGHTS ISSUE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED
Diatreme Resources Limited (ASX: DRX) is pleased to advise that its $7.09 million (before costs) fully underwritten Rights Issue has closed.
The Company has advised its Underwriter, Intersuisse Ltd, that the entitlement issue was subscribed as to 44,547,253 shares and 44,547,253 options representing 50.25%.
The shortfall of 44,102,786 shares and 44,102,786 options (49.75%) will be taken up by the Underwriter.
As a result of participation in the sub-underwriting of the Issue, the interests of director, Mr Andrew Tsang and his associates will stand at approximately 21.8% of post allotment issued capital.
