Further to the announcement on Tuesday 29 September 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that the total number of shares in the Placement is 30,000,000 to raise $3,675,000.
This is made up as follows:
-
21.2 million shares (for immediate allotment apart from 3.3 million shares which is expected to be issued to overseas investors in approximately 2 weeks), and
-
8.8 million, which is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held early in November, 2009.
