Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Diatreme Resources Limited (“Diatreme” or the “Company”) (ASX: DRX) today announces the resignation of Mr Yufeng (Daniel) Zhuang as Non-Executive Director, effective 31 October 2021.

Mr Zhuang has been a long-standing Director of Diatreme having been appointed in August 2013.

Diatreme’s Chairman Mr Greg Starr states: “ I would like to acknowledge and thank Mr Zhuang for his support and valued contributions over the years as a long-standing Director and significant shareholder of the Company. Although no longer a director we look forward to a continuing association with Mr Zhuang as we progress the ongoing development of the Company.”
