Deferral of Annual General Meeting

Diatreme Resources Ltd ( ASX : DRX ) ( Diatreme or the Company ) advises that due to the current restrictions regarding travel and meeting assembly size arising from the COVID-19 containment efforts and uncertainty as to when these may be lifted, and in line with recent advice published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ), the Diatreme Board has decided to defer the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ), which was scheduled to be held in late May 2020.

ASIC has recently advised that it will take no action if a company postpones its AGM for two months, being until the end of July. Shareholders’ participation and attendance at the AGM is important to the Company, and the Board has tentatively rescheduled the AGM until the latter part of July, as the Company continues to monitor changes to COVID-19 related restrictions and containment efforts. An AGM date is expected to be set in mid-late June 2020, at which time shareholders will be advised of the date of the AGM. A Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent shortly thereafter.

If circumstances deteriorate further due to COVID-19 and a further deferral of the AGM is warranted, Diatreme will update the market accordingly.
