PRESS RELEASE

Saluggia, December 6th, 2019 – We hereby inform that, as part of a reorganization of his direct holdings in the shareholding of the issuer DiaSorin S.p.A., Mr. Carlo Rosa waived to the increase of the voting rights on no. 2,326,682 DiaSorin S.p.A. ordinary shares, for the purpose of contributing the said shares, by the end of December 2019, in a company wholly owned by Mr. Carlo Rosa himself.
