We perused the record and heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant.
It is submitted that CoC in its meeting dated 19.03.2021 by 89.16% Voting decided to replace the Resolution Professional. We hereby direct old Resolution Professional to handover all documents/papers to new Resolution Professional within seven days. We also direct to CoC to pay fees of old Resolution Professional within seven days.
We hereby appoint Mr. Prashant Jain as the New Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
With this direction, IA No. 306 of 2021 is allowed and stands disposed of. Main CP stands removed from the cause list.
