Admission of New Shares

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces that it has today made application for the admission of 199,140 new ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The Ordinary Shares will be used to satisfy employee options due to vest in April 2024 and, when issued, will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 April 2024.

Following Admission, the Company will have 40,027,281 Ordinary Shares in issue.
