Application for Admission

Dialight plc announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 109,267 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the existing listing. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on 29 April 2022.

All of the Ordinary Shares to which this application relates, have been previously issued and allotted under various employee share schemes and the historic acquisition of Lumidrives Ltd as announced on 11 January 2006. As a result, following the admission of these Ordinary Shares, there will be no change to the Company's current issued share capital, which consists of 32,677,190 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
