Further to the results announcement made on 25 February 2019, a copy of the audited Company's annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 (the "2018 Annual Report") has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.  The 2018 Annual Report can also now be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, 17 April 2019.  The notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy will be made available to shareholders on 15 March 2019.
