1.   Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014;

2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Wednesday 15 April 2015;

3.   Proxy Form for the AGM to be held on 15 April 2015; and

4.   Notice of availability letter.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2014 and the Notice of AGM 2015 can also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.
