1.   Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Annual Report and Accounts 2016");

2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Thursday, 20 April 2017; and

3.   A form of proxy for the AGM to be held on 20 April 2017.
