The Company has been notified that Bob Lambourne, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £4.92025 per share on Wednesday, 29 July 2015 and were placed in to his SIPP. Following this transaction Bob Lambourne now holds a total of 5,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.015% of the issued share capital of the Company.
