The Company has been notified that Stephen Bird, Senior Independent Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange into his SIPP at a price of £9.00 per share on 13 November 2013. Following this transaction Stephen Bird now holds a total of 12,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.037% of the issued share capital of the Company.
