The Company has been notified that Stephen Bird, Senior Independent Director purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange into his SIPP at a price of £12.46 per share today, 1 March 2013. Following this transaction Stephen Bird now holds a total of 2,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that Tracey Graham, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £12.34 per share today, 1 March 2013. Following this transaction Tracey Graham now holds a total of 1,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
