In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company announces that Nigel Lingwood, Chair of the Audit Committee and independent Non-Executive Director of Dialight, has today been appointed as the Chair Designate of Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN). Nigel will assume the role of Non-Executive Chair of Volution Group plc with effect from 23 June 2023.
