Exercise of options

Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV.L), the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that it has received valid notices of exercise of options of 1,452,500 ordinary shares under the Company's employee share option schemes. Application has been made for the 1,452,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 24 December 2014.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Pursuant to admission of the new ordinary shares, the total issued share capital of Driver Group will be 31,001,190 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 31,001,190 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Driver Group, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
