Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Diales Group Plc (AIM: DIAL), the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, will report full year results for the twelve months ended 30 September 2025 on Tuesday 9 December 2025.

Diales will host a presentation for analysts at 10:00 on 9 December 2025 at Diales' offices at 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR, and virtually.
