Exercise of Share Options, PDMR Dealing

and Total Voting Rights

Driver Group PLC (AIM: DRV) , the global specialist dispute avoidance and dispute resolution consultancy , announces that options over a total of 270,094 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised by certain employees ("the Options"). Of this total exercise, Options over 89,890 shares were exercised by Mr Hugo-Frans Bol, Managing Director Mainland Europe and Options over 30,034 shares were exercised by Mr Keith Strutt, Executive Director, both PDMRs.

To satisfy the exercise of these Options, 270,094 existing Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury ("Transfer).

Total Voting Rights

The issued share capital of the Company consists of 53,962,868 Ordinary Shares of which 1,082,046 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in Driver is 52,880,822. This figure of 52,880,822 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
