Driver Group plc, the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, announces that on 13 March 2019,  it was notified that certain directors purchased ordinary shares in the Company.

Mark Wheeler, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 57 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Wheeler's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 310,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.57 per cent. of the voting rights of Driver Group.

David Kilgour, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 54 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Kilgour's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 60,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the voting rights of Driver Group.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
