Driver Group plc, the leading global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and dispute resolution services, announces that on 11 March 2019,  it was notified that certain directors purchased ordinary shares in the Company.

Gordon Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 19,100 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 52 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Wilkinson's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 669,100 ordinary shares, representing 1.24 per cent. of the voting rights of Driver Group.

Steve Norris, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 9,500 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 52 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Norris' total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 247,062 ordinary shares, representing 0.46 per cent. of the voting rights of Driver Group.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
