Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 5 July 2017, that on that date, Mark Wheeler, Group Chief Operating Officer of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47 pence per share.
