Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 4 November 2016, that on that date, David Webster, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 190,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his private account into his SIPP.
