Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 30 September 2016, that on that date, Gordon Wilkinson, Group Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share.
