Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV.L), the global management and advisory consultancy to construction and engineering industries, announces that it was notified on 27 May 2016, by Mr Bob Laslett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 26 February 2016, he sold 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 70 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Laslett's beneficial holding in the Company is 110,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
