Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV.L), the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that it has been notified by Mr Bob Laslett, a Non-Executive Director  of the Company, that on 29 June 2015, he acquired a further 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 70.5 pence per share.  

Following this transaction, Mr Laslett's beneficial holding in the Company is 210,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
