DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that the current Non-Executive Chairman, Alan McClue, has, through his SIPP, today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 59.3 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Alan McClue now has a beneficial interest in 347,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
