Appointment of Elizabeth Filkin CBE as Non-Executive Director

Driver Group PLC, the global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Jill Filkin CBE to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2019.

Elizabeth Filkin brings an exceptional record of professional, advisory and non-executive experience to Driver Group, possessing particular expertise in ethical accountability and corporate welfare, public service advisory and governance. Having formerly served as Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards and Chief Executive of the Citizens Advice Bureau, Elizabeth's current roles include a non-executive board position at the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and chair of the Independent Advisory Committee at Marston (Holdings) Limited.

Ms Filkin was a director of Jarvis PLC, a railway support services company, when it was placed into administration in March 2010.

Elizabeth Jill Filkin does not currently hold any shares in the Group.
