DIAGNOS Announces Grant of Stock Options

BROSSARD, Quebec, Canada – April 3, 2024 - Diagnos Inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture: ADK) (OTCQB: DGNOF), a pioneer in early detection of critical health issues through the use of Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) technologies, announces today a grant of 250,000 stock options to one of its directors, Mr. Philippe Couillard.

Stock options vest at 50% per year, commencing with the first anniversary of the grant. The exercise price of the stock options has been established at $0.32 per common share. The date of the grant is April 3, 2024. The stock options can be exercised up to April 3, 2029.

All monies quoted in this press release shall be stated and paid in lawful money of Canada.
