The Final Terms dated 16 November 2017 relating to the issuance by Diageo Finance PLC of (i) €775,000,000 0.000 per cent. Notes due 2020 and (ii) €500,000,000 0.500 per cent. Notes due 2024 (the "Notes") and guaranteed by Diageo PLC, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the Debt Issuance Programme established by Diageo PLC and Diageo Finance PLC.
