ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – NOTICE AND PROXY FORM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Shareholders of Diablo Resources Limited (ASX: DBO) (the Company) will be held on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 2.00 pm (AWST), at the offices of the Company, Level 2, 10 Outram Street, West Perth, Western Australia.

As permitted by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be despatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting unless the shareholder has made a valid election to receive documents in hard copy. Instead, the Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from the links set out below.
