Ltd, at Bharat Tin Works Building, 1st Floor, Opp. Vasant Oasis, Next to Keys Hotel, Makwana Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400059, Maharashtra, pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company for the period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company. I hereby certify that the company has delivered, during the half year ended on 31[st ] March, 2021.

• (a) The Company/RTA was not required to deliver Share Certificates relating to the Share Transfer. Since there was no transfer request received and pending during the period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021.

• (b) The Company /RTA was not required to deliver Share Certificates relating to the Share Transmission. Since there was no transmission request received and pending during the period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021.
