Dhanlaxmi Cotex Limited scheduled to be held on 13[th ] February, 2026, Friday, at the registered office at 285, Chatrabhuj Jivandas House, 2nd Floor, Princess Street, Mumbai - 400002 at 03.30 p.m., has been updated to include additional Agenda items.

The revised agenda items in addition to item no.land 2 of the meeting are as follows:

• l. To consider & approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 ofSEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, as amended.

• To consider and approve the grant of Inter-Corporate Deposits (!CD) by the Company, pursuant to Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.

• To take on records the resignation of Mrs. Paya! Ankur Bankda as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

• To appoint Mrs. Rajni Mahesh Jhawar as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

• Any other items with the permission of Chairman.
