Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) the Company hereby wishes to inform that Mr. Mahesh Sohanlal Jhawar (DIN: 00002908) Whole Time Director, ceased to be the Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 16.06.2024 upon completion of his tenure approved by the Board and the members of the Company. Further please note that, the Board of Director at its meeting held on 10.06.2024 have redesigned his position as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 16.06.2024 for the term of 5 year subject to approval of the Members.

Further, the information required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill – Para A (7) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure‐I’ to this letter.
