This is to inform you that CSE vide its letter no. CSE/LD/DL/8075/2026 dated 12th May, 2026 has granted voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from CSE w.e.f.13.05.2026 in compliance with Regulations 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.
Accordingly, the Company shares (Code 14039) stands delisted from the official list of CSE with effect from 13th May,2026.
