Entitlement Offer Allotment
Further to the Company’s market release earlier today, the Board of DGR Global Limited ( ASX:DGR ; DGR Global or the Company ) wishes to advise of the completion of the allotment process for the remaining shares and the unlisted options pursuant to the fully‐subscribed Entitlement Offer which successfully raised $5,671,943. Trading in the new shares will commence on Monday, 1 June 2020.
An Appendix 2A (shares) and an Appendix 3G (unlisted options) for the allotted securities will be lodged shortly.
A distribution schedule and a schedule of the Top 20 holders of the 8.4 cent Unlisted Options will be released later today, once available from the Registry.
The Directors of DGR Global would like to extend their sincere thanks to all DGR Global shareholders who participated in the Offer, and also to the three underwriting parties (Samuel Holdings Pty Ltd, Samuel Terry Asset Management Pty Ltd and Phoenix Portfolios Pty Ltd) for their support of the Offer.
