Request for Trading Halt

DGR Global Limited (ASX: DGR) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, DGR Global provides the following information:

1. The Trading Halt is requested by DGR Global pending a capital raising;

2. DGR Global requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 4 November 2015;

3. DGR Global is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
