Board Changes

Resignation & Appointment of Directors

DGR Global Limited (ASX:DGR, the Company) wishes to advise of the resignation of Mr Ben Cleary as a Non-Executive Director (NED), effective immediately. Mr Cleary has resigned to concentrate his efforts on the international operations of Tribeca Investment Partners.

DGR Global Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Mather said “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Ben for his contribution to DGR Global over the past 3 years, and wish him every continued success with Tribeca.”

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Wright as a Non-Executive Director (NED) of the Company, effective immediately. Peter is a partner at Bizzell Capital Partners ( BCP ), a Brisbane based Corporate Advisory and Funds Management Firm. Peter has over 20 years experience working primarily in asset transactions, corporate advisory assignments, research and primary market transactions. In addition to his role with BCP, Peter is an Executive Director of ASX-listed Bass Metals Limited, and a NED of ASX-listed Laneway Resources Limited. Peter holds degrees in Commerce and Economics and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

DGR Global Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Mather said “I am delighted that Peter has agreed to join us as a Non-Executive Director, bringing his extensive experience across commodities and jurisdictions along with his extensive contacts from his time not only with BCP, but also stockbroking and international investment firms.”
