Resignation of Director

DGR Global Limited (ASX: DGR, the Company) wishes to advise of the resignation today of Mr Vincent Mascolo as a Non-Executive Director (NED) of DGR Global Ltd and its unlisted subsidiary companies. Mr Mascolo has resigned to concentrate his efforts on his role as Managing Director of AIM-listed IronRidge Resources Limited (IronRidge), which has recently announced demerger plans to separate its gold and lithium project portfolios.

DGR Global Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Mather said, “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Vincent for his contribution to DGR Global over the past 19 years, and I wish him every continued success with IronRidge.”

Mr Mascolo was instrumental in driving the spin-out and listing of IronRidge on the AIM market in London in early 2015. DGR Global currently holds 73,022,667 shares in IronRidge, representing an approximate 14% interest.

An Appendix 3Z for Mr Mascolo will be prepared and lodged separately.
