DGR Global Limited 26 August 2021 Board Update
The Board of Directors of DGR Global Ltd (ASX:DGR, the Company) is pleased to announce that incumbent Non-Executive Director Mr Peter Wright has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board.
Mr Wright was initially appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 19 January 2021.
Mr Wright is currently also an Executive Director of Greenwing Resources Ltd and NonExecutive Director of Laneway Resources Limited and partner at Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a Brisbane-based corporate advisory and funds management firm.
DGR will look to make further appointments to the Board as necessary and in due course.
