Resignation of Company Secretary / CFO

The Board of Directors of international resource company creator, DGR Global Limited ( the Company; ASX: DGR ), wishes to advise that Company Secretary and CFO Mr Karl Schlobohm has tendered his resignation. Mr Schlobohm joined DGR Global and its associated companies in April 2009, and given the length of his tenure and depth of experience with the business, has agreed to assist with transitional arrangements for a period through to 31 January 2022.

DGR Global Chairman Mr Peter Wright said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to sincerely thank Karl for his service and dedication to DGR Global and the broader group for the past 12 years. I am very pleased that he has agreed to assist the Board with transitional arrangements for up to 4 months.”

The Board will now take the opportunity to consider the future structure and requirements for the Company Secretarial and Chief Financial Officer functions for DGR Global and the other companies for which Mr Schlobohm has acted. The Board will update the market in due course and once an appointment or appointments are made.
