Pending Retirement of Chairman

DGR Global Limited (ASX:DGR, the Company) wishes to advise of the pending retirement of the Company’s Non‐Executive Chairman, Mr Bill Stubbs on 31 March 2020.

Mr Stubbs was appointed to the DGR Global Board as Chairman in November of 2009, and has been a source of considerable guidance and experience during his tenure with the Company.

DGR Global Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Mather said “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Bill for his substantial contribution and service to the Company over the past 10 years, and I wish him every happiness in retirement. Bill’s role at Board level was of critical importance, and his experience and depth of industry knowledge will be hard to replace.”

Given the current state of general business conditions and equity markets, compounded by the restrictions on travel and meetings due to the risks associated with COVID‐19, DGR Global will look to make a further appointment to the Board in due course. In the meantime, the current Non‐Executive Directors will share the duties associated with chairing the Company’s meetings on a rotational basis.

Further development of its holdings in LSE and TSX‐listed SolGold and AIM‐listed IronRidge Resources, ASX‐listed AusTin Mining, Dark Horse Resources and Armour Energy, and unlisted Auburn Resources and Armour Energy Uganda, are expected over the coming years.
