Appointment of Alternate Director

Mr Bill Stubbs, Non-Executive Director of DGR Global Limited(DGR) has appointed Mr Karl Schlobohm to act as his Alternate Director for the period from today through to 17 November 2018.

Mr Schlobohm has been DGR Global’s Company Secretary since April 2009. Mr Schlobohm is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and has over 27 years’ experience across a variety of industries and has acted in various ASX company roles over the past 12 years.
