Cessation of Alternate Director

DGR Global Limited (DGR) would like to advise that the requirement for Mr Karl Schlobohm to act as the Alternate for Non‐Executive Director Bill Stubbs for DGR Global has ended today, ahead of the previously advised date of 17 November 2018.

An appendix 3Z for Mr Schlobohm will be prepared and lodged forthwith.

DGR provides initial seed funding and management support to secure assets in subsidiaries and develop these assets to more advanced funding stages.
