Appointment / Resignation of Company Secretary
The Board is pleased to announce that Greg Runge has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Mr Runge is currently General Manager of D’Aguilar Gold Limited and has been with the Group in the role for 3 years.
Mr Runge holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has over 35 years experience in the Australian minerals industry, and was Managing Director of David Mitchell Limited prior to the successful unsolicited takeover of the company by Unimin in 2002.
Kevin Nagle tendered his resignation as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of D’Aguilar Gold Limited in early February 2009 and will leave the Group effective 13 March 2009. The Board has expressed its appreciation of Kevin’s contribution to the company and wishes him well for the future.
D’Aguilar Gold Limited is in the process of conducting a search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
