Mt Isa Metals appoints Chairman and Non‐Executive Director

The Directors of D’Aguilar Gold Limited (ASX Code: DGR) and its subsidiary Mt. Isa Metals Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Bovard as Non‐Executive Chairman and Mr Michele Muscillo as Non‐Executive Director of Mt Isa Metals.

Messrs Bovard and Muscillo will join Peter Spiers (Managing Director) and Nick Mather (Non‐ Executive Director) to complete the proposed board of Mt Isa Metals for its upcoming Initial Public Offering and listing on the ASX. The Prospectus of Mt Isa Metals is expected to be lodged with ASIC and commence the exposure period during June.

Mr Bovard is a civil engineer with over 40 years experience in mining, heavy construction, project development and corporate management. His career has included roles as CEO of public companies and both executive and non‐executive directorships. He holds a Bachelor of civil engineering, is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Recent roles include CEO of Australian Solomons Gold and non‐executive chairman of Axiom Mining. Prior to that he spent over four years and CEO of Asia Pacific Resources Ltd developing a large potash resource in Thailand. Other previous directorships have included Danae Resources NL (managing director) and Greenwich Resources plc. He was project manager for the $A800 million Queensland fertiliser project for WMC Ltd situated south of Mount Isa. His previous experience includes the management of the project development of the Porgera Mine and Ok Tedi in PNG, the Super Pit at Kalgoorlie and the Bronzewing Goldmine in Western Australia and work with a number of junior companies resources bringing them into commercial production.

Mr Muscillo is a Senior Associate specialising in Corporate Law with Hopgood Ganim Lawyers. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2004 and has a practice focusing almost exclusively in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.

He has a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and was the recipient of the QUT University Medal.

In his role with Hopgood Ganim Lawyers, Mr Muscillo has acted on a variety of corporate transactions including initial public offerings, takeovers and other acquisitions. Mr Muscillo's experience brings to the Board expertise on corporate regulation, governance and compliance matters.
