New Block Listing Application and Block Listing Return

DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to electric mobility and energy storage, announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to London Stock Exchange plc ("London Stock Exchange") for a block listing of 368,333,333 ordinary shares of £0.001 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on or around 13 February 2023.

The ordinary shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to any exercise of warrants. When issued these ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
