Block Listing

Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), the energy and natural resources investment company, announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,620,800,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List.  It is expected that admission will be granted on 12 April 2021.

These ordinary shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to any exercise of warrants.  When issued these ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
